This gorgeous home is just a short two minute stroll to the beach and very close to the local boat ramp and local pub!
The large deck provides a perfect viewing platform for the ocean and the spectacular evening sunsets this area is known for!
Stylish and sophisticated, this home ensures that you are super comfortable, with every modern amenity you would expect in a new build, including a laundry, heat pump, indoor fireplace, coffee machine, BBQ and a gas cooktop.
Please note there is a set of stairs from the back door to the yard. As this is a new build, the garden is a work in progress.

NOTE: No parties, no events, no solicitation on the premises or holding retreats without the express permission of the owner well in advance. No pets please, and no smoking/vaping inside. If these rules are breached and the property sustains any damage, the guest will be held responsible and billed accordingly.

Beautiful house for a 5 day family stay - big verandah with comfy seating, table, bbq overlooking the water, perfect for sunset drinks and oysters. Spacious open living/ dining/ modern kitchen area, excellent for cooking up and sharing delicious feasts and then lounging around for family movie nights. Excellent bathrooms for showering off after long beach days. Close to beach, pub (outside tables overlooking the beach), coffee etc. Sarah, our host, was super-responsive to our requests and feedback. Highly recommend 10/10.
