Location and views were very good. We had a car so the location was not a problem.
Screens on all windows bar master ensuite, which when opened allowed mozzies to invade. Also ants got into everything. Small issues.

It would be helpful to have some tissues & some utensils for the bbq. Using short tongs is difficult.

We spent two nights here and found it the perfect place to relax, read and unwind after three weeks travelling around Tasmania. The view is magnificent, the house is gorgeous and was absolutely spotless on our arrival. The furniture and beds were comfortable and the house is very spacious.
There isn’t an iron or ironing board but seriously who wants to iron on a holiday anyway!
