Above Poggi 1 km from the centre of Poggi, 2.5 km from the centre of Imperia, 25 km from the centre of San Remo, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position, 900 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and plants. 150 m long narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Imperia" 7 km, sandy beach "San Lorenzo al Mare" 4 km pebble beach "Baia Salata" 1 km, indoor swimming pool 5.5 km. La villetta è meravigliosa, con la vista mare stupenda, ampio giardino, comodissima terrazza. In casa c’è tutto necessario. Sabrina è una persona gentilissima e molto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo a chi vorrebbe passare il tempo in assoluta tranquillità e silenzio. Tornerei molto volentieri

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, Bettwäsche besser mitbringen. In der Küche fehlen gute Pfannen und Besteck, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist frisch renoviert, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok. Bei der Anfahrt nicht dem Navi vertrauen und die via aicardi mit 21% Steigung fahren, sondern auf der Hauptstraße nach Poggi bleiben. Auto erforderlich!!!

Negative Beurteilungen im Internet können wir nicht nachvollziehen! Reisetipps: Schöne freie Strände in San Lorenzo al mare und Porto Maurizio immer wieder toll ist Albegna - mittelalterlicher Stadtkernund die Mosaiken des frühchristlichen Baptisteriums.

mit dem Zaun auf dem Grundstück fühlt man sich wie ausgegrenzt ... kein schöner Anblick und auch kein schönes Gefühl. Wenn man dies weglässt, so hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, mit tollen Ausblick, egal, ob Sonnenaufgang, tagsüber oder Abends ..
