Our group of six friends stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect for us. The house has what you need to just hang out there if that's what you want to do. We walked into town a few times & to the grocery store nearby. We ate much lunch at Druthers, had drinks at the Adelphi, and wandered the farmer's market on Saturday. The other things we wanted to do were a short uber ride away. We went to Tree House and Vapor. John was a great host. He checked in with us before & during our stay and took care of all of our questions! We did bring two foldable/ packable chairs since the dining only sat 4 and outside only had seating for 4. We found that worked out great for us. But the living room can work for extra diners and there is a bench on the deck for extra seating. The kitchen had plenty of plates, etc and pots & pans.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this property with members of my family, here to attend a wedding. The accommodations were very good, as described and depicted in the photos. It is centrally located in Saratoga Springs, conveniently located to restaurants, stores and attractions. The only issue, which was a significant one, was that the hot tub was not in working order. The hot tub was one of the contributing factors of selecting this property. The host was kind enough to inform us the week of our visit, but we were looking forward to using it on two of the nights we stayed there. Our host did state that he would try to offer us a partial refund to compensate for this issue, but I have yet to hear from anyone.Despite the issue with the hot tub, I would highly recommend this property and host if you're looking to visit this area of the Adirondacks.
