This unique 5 bedroom beachfront property has two separate spaces connected under one roof. Perfect gulf sunsets await, to host your multi-generational family gatherings w/ married children, grandparents and grandchildren. This thoughtfully appointed home has been renovated with all new appliances in 2023. The home is decorated in high quality modern coastal style, while keeping the eclectic charm of the property, joyfully alive.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: THE BEACH HOUSE: (sleeps 6 + twin pullout sleeper) includes 1 top level master suite (king), 1 second level Owner's Retreat (king), a pool level family room with corner bedroom space (queen) and a pull out sleeper (twin) in the private office.
THE BUNGALOW: (sleeps 4 + queen pullout) has two bedrooms (queens) and a living room pull out sleeper (queen). All in all, the home will sleep 10 in beds and 2 more in pull out sleepers.
THE PROPERTY: Together the beach house and bungalow are connected by a covered breezeway that creates a flexible space that allows for both privacy and quality time connecting in the various living areas. The property was renovated in 2023 and features all new appliances, high quality modern coastal decor, 2 full kitchens, 3 bars with mini fridges, 2 ice machines, grill, outdoor dining and seating, 2 sets of washer & dryers, 3 smart tvs, private office with printer, elevator, pool, spa, 2 paddleboards, beach chairs, 1 beach cabana, beach umbrellas, floaties and games.
THE TOUR: Let’s begin from the main living level in the Beach House (2nd floor) On this level you will find a large secondary master suite with a renovated full bath, an additional full bath, dining area, full gourmet kitchen, and living area with fireplace. The gourmet kitchen includes a pantry, island bar w/ seating which is perfect for gathering and entertaining. This kitchen opens to a deck with a sitting area, table for 12 and a grill. From here you can enjoy the spacious open views of the beach.
One level up (by elevator or stairs) is the spacious Owners Retreat with king size bed, mini bar, beautiful & unique shower with beach facing windows, two private decks with chairs, and all with panoramic views of the beach below. This is a space you don’t ever have to leave!
On the ground floor (pool side) of the home you will find an additional family room that includes a large leather sectional and large smart tv, looking out to the pool, spa and outdoor seating areas. There is a half bath and a private office, which includes a pull-out twin bed, a desk w/ printer and a corner queen bed.
THE BUNGALOW: 2 bedrooms w/ Queen beds, 1 full bath, 1 full kitchen and dining room and a cozy living room with a pull out Queen size sleeper. It includes an updated modern kitchen. The cozy living space has a sectional with a large smart tv. A covered breezeway leads to the pool level family room.

House was very spacious and clean. It was very comfortable for our party of 7. House is even closer to the beach than we expected which was a nice surprise. Spacious kitchen and lots of common areas to hang out when we wanted to but the layout offers lrivacy, if necessary. Lots of beach toys are included as well. Only issue we had was with the elevator. It was out of service and was being repaired during our stay. After it was “repaired” 3 of our guests got stuck in the elevator between two of the floors for about 10 mins which was scary for the children. We decided that we would not be using it after that. Besides that, we were very satisfied with the stay and loved the location.
