This Gulf Front Luxury home is poised directly on Indian Rocks Beach and situated in "The Narrows", A unique area on the South end of Indian Rocks Beach where Owners and Vacationers alike enjoy Direct Views of the Beach, Gulf of Mexico as well as Great views of the Intracoastal waterway!
This wonderful home offers 4 Bedrooms each en-suite plus a Media room that offers a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guest. There are 4 full baths PLUS (2) 1/2 baths. On the main living floor you will find a queen size bedroom, media room with a queen sleeper sofa, humongous kitchen with gas cooking, dining area for 10, family room and a beach front balcony over looking the beach and pool. On the 3rd floor there are 3 additional bedrooms..... The Master Suite is spacious with a direct views of the Beach and Gulf. The master bath offers a walk-in shower, tub, his and her vanities, Gulf front balcony and walk-in closet. The 2 other bedrooms both enjoy water views of the Intracoastal waterway. The "kids room" offers two bunk beds both with a twin on the upper bunk and one of the bottom bunk is full sized. All in all this room can sleep up to 6. The other bedroom (4th bedroom) offers a queen size bed.
On the ground floor of this home you will find a 2 car garage, large air conditioned entry with great access leading out to the heated swimming pool and spa, pool bath and BBQ outdoor grill. Perfect for large families! An elevator runs to all 3 floors.
Great location within walking distance to the business district in Indian Rocks Beach offering 5 or 6 fantastic restaurants such as VIP, Crabby Bills, Villa Gallace's to name a few, the post office, CVS drug store, museum and Splash Water park!

- This property offers a 5 to 7 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods.
- You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be
the responsible party.
- No Smoking. or vaping in the home – up to $500 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the house
- No Pets.
- No Parties.
- No Trailers
IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.
*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.
We do not give refunds or credits for cold weather and or mechanical failures. We will do everything possible to remedy any situation within our control.

The property is incredible! It’s was very clean. Kids loved the hot tube and pool. Incredible location. The driveway is a bit tough to navigate because of the incline, but take it slow you’ll have no issues. Property management checked in regularly to ensure all ok and if any issues.

This is a magnificent property that is well maintained and is exactly as described/shown in pictures! The house has all the amenities and comforts of home. The set up of the house itself is spectacular from the beds/baths, dual laundry upstairs and down, a kitchen/bath accessible from the pool area, an elevator to haul luggage and supplies. The pool/hot tub and beach access are incredible!!! The location is ideal - walkable around Indian Rocks, close to a Publix/Walmart for supplies, short drive to attractions in John's Pass and Clear Water. Our stay included 9 family members with ages ranging from 5 to 70. Everyone had an incredible time and were blown away! We will definitely book this property again for our next vacation in this area.The only 2 cons of the property are the precarious driveway and the fact that it takes up to 30 days to receive the 1k damage deposit refund. The driveway is nerve wracking! We almost went to the properties next door to ask if we could rent a parking spot for the week to avoid the driveway. It is too bad the property management company can't work out a deal with a neighboring property. 7-10 days for a damage deposit refund seems standard and appropriate. Today is day 25 post trip and there is still no sign of my 1k refund although I was assured it is coming.....

Everything about the house was amazing and as advertised! We stayed with our kids and grandkids (ages 3-9) and everyone agreed it was our best vacation ever! We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the beach in our backyard. The grandkids had so much to do at the house that the adults felt rested and refreshed after the vacation - which never happens! We rarely left the property because we had everything we needed. The property management company was delightful to work with and very responsive!

Coastal Breeze is a beautiful,luxurious home.It has everything to accommodate a fun relaxing family group. My personal favorite was the magnificent views and the easy access to the beach for my long morning walks.
