Nestled on a private 5 acres lot on the border of NY and Vermont this home is in the country but close to all the amenities. Just 30-60 minutes from several ski areas. This charming home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The night sky perfect for stargazing. Take your morning coffee and sit on the back deck to watch the deer and wildlife wander in the fields behind the home or enjoy the cows across the meadow. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire in the woodstove after a long day on the slopes or soak away the cares of the day in a hot bath in the oversize soaking tub!
65" Flat screen TV in the living room, 40" TV in master and 32" TV in the 2nd bedroom as well. Bring your streaming services and enjoy all your favorites!
We have installed a 24x40 ft gated pet yard for your furry friends to come along and have safe and secure off leash time too!

A Blender, KitchenAid Mixer to whip up your favorite baked goods, Plenty of baking tools and pans, Crock pot for those yummy meals to cook while you explore or ski, a coffee pot and a keurig brewer with stock of K-Cups supplied by Engine 3 Coffee! New air fryer added 12/2023. All Stainless appliances including a New Stainless french door refrigerator with ice maker 12/2023.
Children's Stroller available to use as well as a changing table and a pack-n-play sleeper in the twin bedroom.

Deck has since been updated from photo's and did not have any outdoor furniture. Had a few beautiful days could have used a chair or two. Woodstove was an additional fee. Gated pet yard was a great addition to those bringing pets. King bed was memory foam and very comfortable! Master bath doors need repair as well as back sliding door (hard to open/close). Air fryer was a great addition! Twin bed has since been updated from photo's and is a trundle bed where 2 people can sleep. Washer/dryer great addition! Extra condiments left in fridge for use as well as spices in cabinets. Everything needed for infants/babies already there. Suggestion made to owner to have games/cards/books available for renters to use. Swings and picnic table in backyard. Suggest to bring outdoor things to do in spacious backyard. Loved our stay and would definitely consider staying again!! Beautiful home and very clean!

This is the third time we’ve stayed at this lovely home and it’s always a treat! Very clean, with a Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and huge back yard plus a fenced in portion, your dog will love-close to Bennington and walking trails with lots to do. A home away from home!

Our unit was actually a double wide trailer home assembled on site. Normal houses are built with wood and conventional building materials. This unit was a prefab one.
As a result, it felt like the trailer home it was, with interior plastic walls, trim and doors. The windows were very difficult to open and the refrigerator was positioned in a narrow doorway leading to the side entrance, making access to it very difficult. The ceilings were quite low due to the trailer home configuration and large fans with glaring lights almost touch the top of my head.
The decks and railings were in need of repair and refinishing.
I understand this was a budget unit but the point I’m trying to make here is that the fit and finish of this unit was not accurately described in the listing.
From the positive reviews in the guest log on the counter, I’m just a more discerning renter and I should have guessed as much from the price.
