Nestled on a private 5 acres lot on the border of NY and Vermont this home is in the country but close to all the amenities. Just 30-60 minutes from several ski areas. This charming home provides everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The night sky perfect for stargazing. Take your morning coffee and sit on the back deck to watch the deer and wildlife wander in the fields behind the home or enjoy the cows across the meadow. Enjoy a quiet evening by the fire in the woodstove after a long day on the slopes or soak away the cares of the day in a hot bath in the oversize soaking tub!

A Blender, KitchenAid Mixer to whip up your favorite baked goods, Plenty of baking tools and pans, Crock pot for those yummy meals to cook while you explore or ski, a coffee pot and a keurig brewer with stock of K-Cups supplied by Engine 3 Coffee! New air fryer added 12/2023. All Stainless appliances including a New Stainless french door refrigerator with ice maker 12/2023.
Children's Stroller available to use as well as a changing table and a pack-n-play sleeper in the twin bedroom.

We absolutely loved Delia’s place! Everything was so clean and they had everything we could ever think to need. The cows grazing across the road made for fun walks and our dog had so much space to run around. The swing set was a big hit for my nephew who we were in town visiting! We would 100% recommend this place.

Our unit was actually a double wide trailer home assembled on site. Normal houses are built with wood and conventional building materials. This unit was a prefab one.
As a result, it felt like the trailer home it was, with interior plastic walls, trim and doors. The windows were very difficult to open and the refrigerator was positioned in a narrow doorway leading to the side entrance, making access to it very difficult. The ceilings were quite low due to the trailer home configuration and large fans with glaring lights almost touch the top of my head.
The decks and railings were in need of repair and refinishing.
I understand this was a budget unit but the point I’m trying to make here is that the fit and finish of this unit was not accurately described in the listing.
From the positive reviews in the guest log on the counter, I’m just a more discerning renter and I should have guessed as much from the price.
