About this house rental
Modern but modest newly built home, located centrally in the heart of PEI. Two bedroom, one bathroom, sleeps six very comfortably due to large sectional and/or air mattress provided. 12 kilometres from Summerside, 25 kilometres from Cavendish beach and 50 kilometres from Charlottetown. Whether you are traveling or visiting with family and friends, looking to explore the beaches, needing a peaceful stay-cation or planning a golfing trip. This is a perfect location for your vacation needs.
The home is on the second story which really shows off the views of PEI's beautiful fields and makes for a show stopping sunset landscape. It has a full kitchen with large 9'-0" island for prepping and serving. The spacious living room is anchored with a cozy sectional and corner fireplace. The dining table seats eight people comfortably. It has two bedrooms with a king bed in the main room and a full in the second room that folds up as a murphy bed if you are looking for some at home workspace. The bathroom has a large tiled shower with rainfall head and body jet option, and a soaker tub if you are looking to relax and unwind. A full sized washer and dryer are conveniently located between the bedrooms. Large second level deck with BBQ, seating, privacy wall and stair access down to the a big back yard. With the high ceilings, massive windows, ambient lighting, built-in audio, automated blinds and crisp white decor this home is a vibe.

Beautiful newer modern home. We found it clean, bright, and has all the amenities we needed. There’s a lovely deck with views of the picturesque potato fields and open skies. We made use of the BBQ for one dinner, but unfortunately it was too windy that evening to sit out on the deck for our meal. The home has A/C which kept the temperature inside cool and was needed during our stay. The kitchen is stocked thoughtfully with all the items we needed to cook, and there’s coffee pods included for the single serve coffee machine. Another convenience is the included streaming services set up already on the smart TV. We also used the in-ceiling speakers to play some of our music. The location is further out in the countryside, which was fine for us since it was a decent central launching point for our exploration of the whole island.The host has made clear instructions available in the introduction message as well as provided laminated hard copies on the coffee table. I think it’s a good idea to read these over since it answered some of our questions.Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a suitable place for a group of around five people.
