Welcome to 240 summer, It is a spacious 4 bed room unit ideal for either for a small or large group, it has a large living room with a fire place, dinning room, a Television, a bright full equipped galley kitchen with a small sitting area. In the kitchen there is access to a private deck for the unit. A dish washer and microwave also available. Perfect for entertainment. Deck overlooks a large tree back yard. This has an upstairs with 4 comfortable bed rooms ( 3 queen's and 1 double). One full bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs.
The unit has lots of character and charm with all the comforts at home.

Directly across from queen Elizabeth park.
The park is wonderful green space and hosts numerous baseball, softball and soccer events throughout the summer.
The home with it's central location is short walking distance to the bay walk trail that stretches the harbor leading to many eateries and shops.
This beautiful walking and cycling trail is a 6.5 Km long.
Ledger park is a great park for kids of all ages.
Also short distance to Credit union place which is a beautiful facility which hosts sports events, concert venue, Harness racing etc.
Beaches within a half an hour away!

We spent 7 nights at Gladys' place during our vacation on PEI.The house was quiet, welcoming and spacious.Access to services, beaches and tourist spot was easy.We recommend Gladys' house.

Communication was easy and fast. Comfortable beds, and homey home. So quiet and in a beautiful community. Park is right down the street. I'd stay again.
