Charming Spacious & Affordable. Gem of Parma! Modern space superbly clean.

Very comfortable house and very close to everything we wanted to see and anything we needed! We really enjoyed our stay! Would recommend it for a Cleveland and/or Cuyahoga trip.

Nice neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Property owner, very responsive and friendly and helpful. Would stay again. Hot water here is amazing. Bed was too stiff for my liking but no real issues at all.

Very clean and nice neighborhood

We came to Cleveland mainly to help move our son back home from his internship, but stayed the extra days to check out as much as possible. This home was a great find, providing a pleasant home base with plenty of room for the 4 of us with temporary storage of his apartment belongings (luckily we didn’t have to provide furniture, but it was still surprising how much he gathered in a year!) I liked being off a dead-end street, so felt comfortable walking around the neighborhood. Having gas heat was great for the cold nights. And I appreciated just having a code to unlock the doors so I didn’t have to worry about losing a key. We didn’t get to cook in the kitchen since our son wanted to share his favorite restaurants, but we did enjoy being able to reheat any leftovers. The host was very pleasant to communicate with, including checking with us during our stay to address any concerns - of which we didn’t have any. As for our stay in Cleveland, we got to hike at the Cuyahoga National Park, saw a couple shows at Playhouse Square, checked out the West Side Market and the Christmas Story House, and also did the walking night of the lights at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Lots of memories and a very good trip.

My wife and I needed to be in the Cleveland area and decided to spend the night rather than make the 3+ hour drive home after a long day. We started looking for hotels in the area and curiosity led us to the decision to rent a house rather than a room. The house is located on a quiet street that dead ends a short distance away so there is no through traffic of mention. What little traffic that did pass by was unobtrusive, we hardly noticed it. The house is very clean and neatly organized. It has a nice split level deck out back with a grill available that would be comfortable in warm weather. The three bedrooms would allow for extra guests and there is a second bathroom with a shower in the basement just off the exercise area and laundry room. The host made the process of checking in and out very simple. We had no reason to meet or speak on the phone but she was quick to respond to messages. Overall we found the house to be much more comfortable than a hotel room and without the sounds of other guests and staff that generally make hotel stays less than restful. The area in Parma is a good one for a "base of operations" during a vacation because it's reasonably close to many of the attractions that Cleveland has to offer. The driveway is large enough to hold several vehicles. I would recommend it to family and friends.
