Amazing Parma Home King Bed Full Office Room

This home was beautifully updated and had pretty much anything you could think about needing readily available.

It got chilly, but we were able to adjust the heat accordingly. I wish the kitchen window was covered in the rear of the home. During our stay, there were no blinds in this window.

Very clean, spacious, and stylish home. Extremely comfortable space for a family vacation. Located within walking distance of stores and restaurants and a quick drive away from major freeways. Generously-sized on-site private parking. Excellent communication with owner.

Needed a couple of additional kitchen supplies.

What a lovely home! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again when in the area. Here are a few tidbits that may help you decide if this is the right booking for you: - There was ample parking, enough for at least 2 vehicles (more if you’re ok backing out of the driveway instead of turning around first). - The exterior is clean with enough yard space for your pet. The darker colored columns makes it stand out from the neighbors so it is easy to find. - Behind the house is a quiet, friendly neighborhood (easily accessible via W 79th St) with well maintained sidewalks that I was comfortable walking my pet/running in. - It is close to everything you could want. Easy access to a variety of food, recreation and businesses. - The interior is clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. - There is a USB charging outlet in the kitchen - The sleeping spaces are well protected from a majority of the street noise, which was really appreciated. - A few things I wish I had known before booking/packing: 1. The beds and pillows are super comfortable BUT the comforters are a bit too heavy for my taste, so I recommend bringing some light blankets if you’re a hot sleeper. 2. If you’ll be doing any cooking, the kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, pots, etc. but you may want to bring extra kitchen rags/sponges/towels. 3. Bring your own box of tissues. 4. We were there in summer and the upstairs rooms were really warm when we arrived. We learned that closing all the upstairs doors allowed those rooms to cool off fairly quickly. - Check in and Check out processes will be emailed immediately prior to and during your travels, so have a way to access email. I failed on that item so had to guess on a few things. Luckily, the hosts did not have unusual demands of their guests.

- Communication about check-out processes was emailed during the stay. I wish that information had been in the booking details. - The steps to the basement are not blocked in any way and are both steep and slick. If you travel with young children or pets, you will want to block off those steps right when you arrive. We had to perform an emergency rescue of our elderly dog and then block off that section for her the remainder of the stay.

I was happy they had the porch light on to find the property.

Needed more kitchen supplies meaning smaller frying pans and seasoning. You have to buy everything if you want to cook. No soap in the kitchen, no extra kitchen towels. No instructions listed any where. Would have been nice if there was board games or puzzles etc. batteries need to be replaced in the remotes on the living room and guest room bathroom downstairs. Snow storm came through no idea if there was a shovel and or if the snow would be shoveled. House gets very cold.

Definitely one of the best BnB rentals that we have ever stayed at. Tastefully decorated throughout. Completely furnished with all that you may require. An absolute gem of a find!

The pictures show the house exactly as it is, I liked the design and it was obvious the owner put a lot of thought into it. The kitchen was well equipped and the kettle and keurig both got used a lot (we drank a lot of the coffee they provided us). The beds were the softest I've had in a short term rental, so getting a good night's sleep was easy. Having access to a washer and dryer to do laundry is a definite plus, especially for anyone that stays longer than I did. The home is located close to a lot of small businesses nearby like a grocery store (Chuppa's Market) and an ice cream stand, as well as a lot of restaurants, so even if you don't have a car you can walk to get most things you need.I found this house for my parents during a trip up to the area and they could not stop saying how much they loved it. Now I'm afraid they won't want to stay in hotels anymore since the house was so nice. I absolutely would recommend it to people who are looking to stay in the area during their travels.

There were very few things that I didn't like, all of these are very minor issues that detracted very little from my stay. One is I don't believe that there was a fan in the main bedroom downstairs, which I think could have helped circulate the air when we first got there. Another minor thing that the house could benefit from is additional lighting options like another lamp in the living room.
