About this house rental
As you enter this beautiful home, you are first greeted by its open concept, luxury vinyl plank flooring, high ceilings, and crown molding. The living room features two leather sofas, a 65-inch smart TV, abundant natural light from large windows, and a small desk area ideal for those needing to work while on vacation. French doors provide access to a private balcony overlooking the pool area.
The newly updated gourmet kitchen boasts GE Café top-of-the-line appliances, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and a stunning coastal tile backsplash. A coffee bar with a built-in beverage cooler adds convenience, while a center island with seating for three makes for the perfect spot for a quick bite. The adjacent dining area features a beautiful teak table that comfortably seats eight.
The Primary bedroom is located on the first floor and features a king bed, a cozy sitting area, HDTV, and a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelving. The en-suite Primary Bathroom has been fully renovated with luxurious touches and high-end designer finishes. It features a large vanity with double sinks, a freestanding soaking tub, and a spacious tiled walk-in shower, all thoughtfully curated for both comfort and style.
Mid-level, just up a small set of stairs behind the kitchen, is the first Guest Bedroom with a queen bed, HDTV, and en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Further down the hall is another Guest Bedroom, also with a king bed, HDTV, and private en-suite bath with a tiled walk-in shower.
Up another small staircase is the third Guest Bedroom, perfect for kids or additional guests, featuring two double beds, a HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

A beautiful home for our family gathering. The garage came in handy on a rainy day. Plenty of space so people can have privacy if needed. The pool is surrounded by lush trees, which means you’ll be skimming out leaves before each use, but that’s the trade off. We would book again.

On a scale of 1-5 stars, 5 stars being best, our vacation at 8 Flagg Road (aka Drive) was an 11 star vacation. The house is awesome with great space, layout, amenities, appliances, comfort and near-perfect distance to walk to the beach access. VERY quiet both because of the neighborhood and the solid construction. And, the family-friendly extras made our stay exactly what we needed - family fun. Thank you for having a ping pong table!!!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful getaway week at 8 Flagg Drive. The house was beautifully decorated and maintained and had lots of space for everyone to spread out and have their R&R. Great proximity to the beach and was super easy to walk and bike to (10-15 min). Pool and nice back yard was a welcomed bonus to hang out and relax while we grilled or after a day of activities. Would love to return next time we are in HH! Thank you!
