This was a wonderful trip .

several issues noted after checking in. The host worked quickly to correct them which we really appreciated. It needs a little TLC (deep clean, fresh paint, etc). The beds were comfortable, the location was great with an easy walk to the ocean and quiet community. Parking was convenient and the pool was clean.

The location and layout of the property were great. We had 4 grown kids with us and the short walk to the beach wasn’t bad. I would say bring a wagon if you can! The pool & hot tub were perfect! Communication with the host was timely & efficient. We had a few small issues upon arrival and our questions were answered right away. As far as the condo itself, I would say that it needs some TLC. There were multiple holes and scuff marks in various doors and on walls. The appliances seemed very aged and need some work and the bathroom floors were a little dirty upon arrival. All of this was communicated through pictures to the host when we arrived. The grill needed some attention and we had to buy a lighter as the igniter switch wasn’t working. All in all we are happy with our stay, however we would likely not book this condo again without being ensured that some upgrades have occurred.
