About this house rental
Beautiful, classic yet updated beach home only 2 blocks from Cherry Grove Beach. Located on 24th Ave N, North Myrtle Beach for reference. Ideal home for a fun-filled family vacation, golf trip reunion or relaxing couple’s retreat. Brand new floors, furniture appliances and mattresses as of 2023! Come start your vacation right at our dog friendly beach cottage in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach!
Golf cart is NO longer included (totaled in Hurricane Ian flooding Sept 2022). Check out Salty Frye’s Golf Carts on Sea Mountain Hwy for rentals if you’re interested! Just a two minute walk from the house.
4 bedrooms and 3 full baths to accommodate 9 guests total. Kitchen and bathrooms are all recently renovated. En-suite master bath.
Only one dog allowed, less than 50 lbs. Nonrefundable $100 pet fee.
We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and more for a one stop, fun filled vacation! New fence for back yard May 2021 with privacy fence for you, your kiddos, and pup to enjoy.
In addition to being a 4-minute walk to the beach, our beach house is within steps of everything you need: grocery store, liquor store, ice cream, beach store, bar, gas station/convenience store, restaurants and more. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to all your vacation wants and needs!
Kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances (2023), complete with dishwasher, 12 pot drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Propane gas grill for cookouts. Dining room table for family meals in. Table in the screened in front porch, rocking chairs and 2 fans along with the ocean breeze for relaxing, mosquito free outdoor dining.
Our beach house includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, complementary high speed Wi-Fi perfect for work from home, TVs in living room and bedrooms. There is live TV provided through the Hulu app.
Free parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway. No boats or motorcycles.
Accessibility: There are no steps up to or within the property. There is a slight lip to step over at the front door, but no stairs. Two of the bathrooms have showers only with a slight lip to step over and one has a tub/shower combo perfect for a relaxing bubble bath or bath time for the little ones.
Please note, we do not allow motorcycles, boats or RVs on our property.
The fireplace is closed and not currently operational. Do not attempt to use.

Most insurance policies don't cover cancellations due to covid. We have a professional cleaning service come service the condo between every guest. We also have professionally laundered linens.

Great property! Was a short walk to the beach. They had pretty much everything you could need while staying at the beach. The house was very clean.. Our dog loved the little yard. Host was easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property has become our annual home away from home. The location is super convenient to all the traditional Myrtle Beach attractions within 20 minutes. Cherry Grove is extremely family friendly and fantastic beach. We absolutely love our time every year and hate leaving. My wife has loved it so much she even asked me if I thought we could buy it!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO and will definitely be back! The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. It was very well stocked, so we never found ourselves wishing for anything.Traveling with our dog was easy because the property was perfect for pets. The location was ideal for our family, including our teenage children. It was close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and activities, making it easy for everyone to enjoy their favorite things while still feeling peaceful and relaxing.The host was incredibly kind and always responded immediately to any questions we had, which made the entire experience even better.We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, well-equipped, pet-friendly place to stay in Cherry Grove. We can’t wait to return!
