This property is well equipped, has everything you need, clean and beautiful.

This house was perfect for our families. Lots of different rooms for different ages. The view from the balcony is very nice. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals. Property close to beautiful overlooks and walking trails. Quick response from owner/manager when we had questions. Quiet neighborhood. Excellent property to rent!

Outstanding property and location, will definitely look to book again in the future.

Great home for a large group. Ten adults ( family)spent three days here to celebrate my parents 60th wedding anniversary. Beds and bedding in every bedroom was super comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped with not only dishes and glasses but with cookware as well. The dining room chairs are old and unstable, 2 of them were not safe to sit in, so we utilized 2 of the barstools they had in the kitchen so that we would have enough seating around the dining room table for everyone in our group for meals. This group of 10 family members ranged in age from 86- 24, all average size and weight. The wildest activity going on over our 3 day stay was a 5 hour Monopoly game. So imagine my surprise when less than 24 hours after leaving the propertyI am notified that the property mgmt team has filed an insurance claim for broken chairs and a “jammed” cabinet that occurred during our stay! I immediately contacted the mgmt company and they have not responded. Be very wary of staying here if you purchase insurance because it appears they have utilized it to submit claims for damage that was present before we arrived ( can not even venture a guess as to where the alleged “jammed cabinet” is located. In addition, the listing notes you have access to pool/ pickleball/ clubhouse facilities. Once you get your check in information you will find you may only use the facilities between 2pm and 6pm. Went to play pickleball at 4:15 and were denied, told mgmt Co had lied about access to club.
