For shared use: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 07.May. - 10.Sep.) with alarm system. Private: table tennis, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, bus stop "La Mouline" 2 km, sandy beach "Hourtin-Plage, Le Pin Sec" 29 km, bathing lake "Lac d'Hourtin" 20 km. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Super nette und unaufdringliche Vermieter. Tägliche Reinigung von Pool und Terrasse, alles blitzblank sauber. Selten so ein gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Ferienhaus gemietet. Vom Teller bis zum Handtuch ist alles vorhanden und gut gepflegt, fast wie daheim. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen, neu ist eine Markise an der Terrasse.

Das Haus ist topp sauber und sehr gepflegt. Die Vermieter kümmern sich bei Fragen und Problemen, sind aber ansonsten zurückhaltend. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Auch dieser ist topp gepflegt und wir hatten unser kleines, eigenes Freibad. Super ist, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher inklusive sind. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Dorf. Dadurch ist es sehr ruhig.

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet und eingerichtet, was man so braucht (sogar deutsches TV). Der Pool wurde vom Besitzer jeden Tag gepflegt und gereinigt. Die Besitzer sind super freundlich, sprechen aber nur französisch. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.Kleines Manko ist das es dort nur ein sehr schwaches WLAN und Mobilfunknetz gibt.Der Pool war wieder super!
