Beautiful house "Le Saint Germ", detached. 1.7 km from the centre of St. Germain-sur-Ay, on the outskirts, 8 km from the centre of Lessay, 58 km from the centre of Cherbourg, in the residential district, 20 m from the sea, on the beach. Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced) with meadow, parking on the premises. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop "Abbatiale" 10 km, sandy beach 20 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied.

Optimal gelegen mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, sämtliche Küchengeräte vorhanden, nur keine scharfes Messer. Schwierige Aufgaben haben wir mit dem Schweizer Taschenmesser erledigt. Verständigung nur in französischer Sprache.
