Completely renovated for 2018, this house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is ideally placed a few meters from the beaches of St Germain sur ay, which even in summer is not over-populated.
On the ground floor you will find a large open room with lounge / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed (160x200cm). Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms: 1 queen bed + 2 single beds, a bathroom, an office area and a cinema area with 3D video projector + home cinema 5. 1.
A terrace of 60m2 arranged for the beautiful days (living room 6 persons + barbecue + parasol and deckchairs). The fenced yard will allow you to let your pets romp freely without worrying.
Satellite TV and Wi-Fi will make you feel right at home.

Wir waren zum zweiten mal bei Martine. Es war alles wieder perfekt. Martine hat uns freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Wir wollten nächstes Jahr wieder hin, aber leider ist es belegt. Aber auch dafür hat Martine eine Lösung gehabt. Sie gibt uns ein anders Haus im selben Ort. Diese Frau ist einfach perfekt. Danke Martine für alles und ich hoffe deinem Hund geht es bald wieder besser. Bis nächstes Jahr. Lieben Gruß Christian

Maison agréable, nous avons apprécié pouvoir prendre notre chien avec jardin clos. Je conseillerais de mettre une crêpière :) et quelques jeux pour des enfants. Martine est très gentille. Coin calme avec accès à la plage facile et proche.

Conforme à l annonce cette maison à tout pour faire passer un très agréable séjour. Agencement pratique, meubles et décoration qui nous font sentir comme à la maison. La literie vraiment excellente et le calme du quartier nous ont permis dépasser des super nuits. Environnement très beau, belles balades sans prendre la voiture, et une proprietaire adorable. Nous y retournerons !

L.endroit est très agréable et très propre. Nous avions une petite corbeille avec des biscuits de la région. Martine nous avait fait un joli sapin décoré. Rien à dire. A part que nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Je vous recommande cette adresse ou je mettrai 5 étoiles sur 5 . Nous avions du bois pour la cheminée. C’était très chouette. A côté de la plage.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und es ist außerordentlich hochwertig und liebevoll ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was für einen tollen Aufenthalt gebraucht wird. Es gibt sehr viel Platz, vollständiges deutsches Fernsehangebot, überragend guten kostenlosen WLAN-Empfang und alles, die Küchenausstattung eingeschlossen, ist technisch sehr hochwertig. Auch für die Gartennutzung ist gesorgt, der Garten ist liebevoll gestaltet und es gibt Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten und auch für ein Barbecue ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Martine ist sehr freundlich und steht für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch und es sind wirklich nur 50 m zum Meer; im Garten kann man die Wellen hören. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.
