2 cats or dogs allowed and the fee is $20.00 per pet per night. Pets are NOT to be left unattended in the unit.
The bedroom has a Queen bed. Sleeper sofa available in the living room. Electric fireplace. Just a moments walk to the beach.
This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.
**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**
You must be 21 to RESERVE and CHECK-IN
Gearhart house guests have access to an indoor heated pool with hot tub and exercise room.

Pet friendly condo with ramp and elevator made it extremely easy to get around. Food was across the street if we wanted to buy. The beach access was a bit of a challenge for us because of the deep soft sand but we did have a view from the condo. Stores are ten minutes away in Seaside and about fifteen or so in Warrenton. Good stay and will come backk.

Place is great. Very nice view. Could use some updated furniture and bed. Bed felt like it was very old.

The pictures don't do the beautiful view off the balcony justice! You can see Haystack Rock in Cannon Beach. And you can drive right onto the beach a few blocks from this location. The only downside was the mattress....dorm-room quality at best.
