Unit G700 is a fully equipped one bedroom with loft condo located on the 4th floor of Gearhart House.
Enjoy spectacular southwest ocean views from your private deck. The main and the loft both feature Queen beds. Maximum occupancy is 4. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. We do suggest that nobody under the age of 5 stay in the unit as there are open stairs to the loft and the loft only has a half wall.
Enjoy a complimentary presto log each night of your stay to use in your wood stove.
Just a moments stroll to the beach. Golf course, Tennis courts, and pickleball court all nearby.
This unit has basic cookware, dishes, and silverware available. We do not provide oil, seasoning, or any other additional items. Microwave and drip coffee machine in the unit.
**Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, this includes the patio areas, balconies and common areas**

We loved the Gearhart condo. We saw whales from the balcony and searched for sand dollars on the beach. our unit was quiet and our vacation peaceful.

Awesome, easy, clean beautiful stay. Great location that’s tucked away from the hectic crowds of seaside. Awesome beach access.great staff. Definitely will come back here for another fun stay.

The condo unit is good and the view is outstanding. However, it is full of beach kitsch and outdated tourist magazines (2016!). The place needs a deep clean & paint (done by a professional) and a kitchen inventory - (pots with no lids, assorted and unmatched glassware, dinnerware & cutlery. It would be improved with proper curtains, not decorative panels. It could be much more than just OK. The owners should come take a look at their own property.
