Equipped with FIBER OPTIC internet [200MB] and 5G modem. We are located in the COSTAS DISTRICT, 9 minutes from the city of Gonçalves. IMPORTANT: The road is unpaved, however, it is in good condition. BATHTUB: Immersion, with solar heating, no hydromassage. On cloudy days, you will need to use the electric shower to fill the bathtub. The space has 2 large bedrooms with queen-size beds, one of which is a suite with a relaxing bathtub. The suite is upstairs and has a wardrobe and a spectacular view of the mountains. We have 2 bathrooms equipped with bidet showers and both with solar heating systems for your comfort, as well as hot water in ALL the taps in the chalet. The living room has a double sofa bed, fireplace, dining table for 4 people and a Smart TV with more than 269 channels. And also, laminate flooring in all rooms of the chalet. The American-style kitchen, integrated with the living room, is fully furnished with all necessary appliances. Fitted cabinets, refrigerator, microwave, electric oven, 4-burner cooktop, dishwasher, blender and all kitchen utensils, including a fondue pot. We have a 70m² backyard, all paved and enclosed by walls for your greater privacy. And we have 50m² of lawn with fruit trees (jaboticaba, lemon and a beautiful yellow ipê tree). We provide a complete laundry room with a 9kg washing machine, sink and clotheslines. Other observations: FIREWOOD: The first basket of firewood is complimentary. If you need more firewood, it will cost R$20.00 per basket.
