Welcome to Grey Eagle! This pet-friendly property is centrally located in town, making for a great home base for the whole family. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, breweries, & more. Free town shuttle is right on the main road, making easy access for all the year-round activities Mammoth has to offer.

About the Space:
This inviting, pet-friendly, 972 sq. ft. 3 story, 2 bedroom / 2 bath townhome has everything you next for a fun-filled stay in Mammoth. This property is located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes, just a short walk to the bus stop, restaurants, bars, and shopping.
The home has been updated with new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the living area. The living room offers a comfortable sofas, large TV, and central heating to keep you warm on cold winter nights. The kitchen has granite countertops, updated appliances, and is fully equipped for cooking a delicious meal. The dining area is directly off the kitchen and offers seating for 4. There is a private deck off the main living area with a private BBQ, stocked with free propane. On the main floor is the first full bathroom with a tub/shower.
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor with a shared full bathroom. The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, large dresser, small TV, and private deck. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed and nice sized closet for ample clothing storage. The shared bathroom is directly outside of both bedrooms, in the hallway. The second bathroom also has a tub/shower.
The first level of the home is a private garage with parking for 1 car. We are allotted a second parking space for guests, outside. The garage also houses the private, in-unit laundry.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, and laundry detergent.
This home is cozy, comfortable, and ready for your next Mammoth getaway!

You will have the entire townhome to yourselves.
There is private laundry, private garage, and private BBQ for guest use.
There are 2 parking spaces permitted for this property – one parking space in the private garage, the other in an outdoor guest space.

The location was great with easy access to the bus stop and not too long of a walk to the village. Communications with the host was great. The sungle car garage and extra parkimg space made everything convenient. The home is large for a 2 bedroom and the beds were comfortable. It was great that the place was pet friendly. Our only issues were from a cleanliness standpoint. There were cigarettes and food remnants under the couch which our dogs found and of course we didn't want them to eat. The rug in the living room was very dirty and needs to be professionally cleaned. The listing said it was renoavted, but the rennovation seemed a bit dated. We were comfortable there, so that was good, but more attention to detail in regards to cleanliness would have resulted in higher ratings in a couple areas.

The townhome was ok for our needs. Note of warning to future renters, we brought our F150 and the access to the garage was not good so we couldn’t use it. The space next to the townhome was very narrow. Parking would have been ok if we had a smaller vehicle - but my hubby had to do a 100 point turn just to park. Unfortunately, I was unable to go skiing so can’t report on convenience to the slopes. There was a nice forested area to walk our dog - but the slope was steep. Could have used an throw blanket somewhere in the house… ended up pulling a cover off of the extra bed, but would not have been able to do that if my son and his wife had joined us, as previously planned. Kitchen had most of the items we needed… ended up purchasing a grater and a pie baking dish. Comfortable bed and living room sofa.
