With four spacious bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen, and a Queen with Bunk Beds) and three bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups. One of the bathrooms features a luxurious soaking tub, perfect for relaxing after a day spent exploring the beach and dunes.
The open living area is designed to highlight the incredible ocean views, with large windows that bring the coastal scenery right inside. Step outside to the expansive oceanfront patio where you can sip morning coffee, enjoy sunset dinners, or fire up the BBQ grill while listening to the sound of the waves. After a long day in the sand, unwind in the private hot tub while watching the sky change colors over the water.

This home is built directly on a sand dune that leads to the beach. During winter storms the sand can quickly drift and accumulate around the property sometimes affecting the ocean view. Although we make every effort to remove the sand and preserve the view prior to your stay, the winter weather makes this difficult to predict and views may not be guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
For Summer Bookings between 7/1-9/4: There may not be one or two day gaps. So if you book a stay allowing this type of gap between bookings, you may be asked to cancel or move dates. We apologize for inconvenience but the online booking system does not allow for this type of rule.

Truly gorgeous view in a well appointed home. There are many thoughtful touches throughout the home and a very well supplied kitchen with a great assortment of pots, pans, utensils and appliances, really great if you like to cook on your vacations. The property is right on the beach, with beautiful sunset views! There is a very steep sandy dune to get to the lower part of the beach, which is not easy to tell from the photos. This is fine for younger folks with good mobility but if you have any older folks in your party be aware they may not be able to reach the lower beach from the house. There is fortunately a public access beach in short driving distance that has much easier access. The house generally is very accessible, a single story with no stairs needed to enter the house or get onto the deck which was really great for our group. Pacific City is lovely, and the beach is so beautiful! The hot tub at the house needed some attention so be sure to check it when you arrive and maybe the property management can address it for you if needed during your stay. We found the property managers friendly and responsive when we were there, we just didn’t check the hot tub until our last night there. We’d definitely recommend this home!

On our arrival we were amazed at the beautiful view this home offers. You walk in to see a wall of windows with a view of the ocean, haystack rock and cape kiwanda. The home was very clean and comfortable for our grouo of four.

Pictures aren’t fully accurate. They show a juke box which is not longer in the property. The foosball table pictured had broken handles. They only had 2 working outdoor chairs, the rest were broken. The hot water went out the second last day of the trip so we all left without showers. The hot tub didn’t heat fully which was disappointing. The view is beautiful and the best part of the house. Check in was easy and smooth.
