Beach Front Family Fun House - PET FRIENDLY Truly walking distance to everything

When we arrived we did have some issues with things not being completely ready but tue host was very responsible and corrected it immediately. We are very grateful for that and it made the stay very enjoyable. We would book again. We had a great time, even got to see a pod of whales right from deck. A truly wonderful experience.

Wonderful place to stay. There were 9 of us we were all very comfortable. We had lots of room. Very clean great view of the ocean. Only down fall was the big hill to up and down to get to the beach. Would diffently stay again!!

The beach house couldn’t have been any more perfect for our family. We had three adults and three children. The view was spectacular, and the amenities were wonderful. The kids basically had the downstairs to themselves. There were two bedrooms with bunk beds, a washer and dryer, a bathroom, and a living area and TV. There were video games, board games, and the air hockey table got lots of use. Upstairs were two more bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. There was a large bucket of sand toys outside, and a slide from the deck to the back of the house. There were numerous chairs and a fire ring outside in a nice sandy yard area where the kids could play. The house sits up on a hill, so you have to walk down a steep incline/dune to the beach. We actually liked that because we felt it was safer for the kids to play in the yard area. There is a nice general store and a couple of restaurants within easy walking distance. And the tide pools at the base of Cape Kiwanda rival the more famous ones at Cannon Beach. The owner provided great communication, too.I wholeheartedly recommend this house to anyone looking for a place for their family vacation.

All about location and view. House is dilapidated but has potential with work. Probably should be pulled from rental until brought up to a higher standard. Broken games, furniture beyond worn, water heater is weak. Upstairs rooms nice but downstairs needs improvement.
