Zeer prettige villa met lieve eigenaren die met de rondleiding elk detail laten zien. Ze zijn op leeftijd en wonen naast het huis, maar je krijgt volledige privacy. Ze hebben 2 lieve honden (die niet je huisje in komen) waarvan er één graag met de bal speelt, als je die eenmaal weggooit komt ze de hele vakantie bij je terug met een bal, tak of steen. Zwembad is heerlijk, huisje heeft veel ruimte en er is een ruime groene tuin. Nette badkamers, bedden waren goed (een zelfs electrisch verstelbaar) en keuken beschikt over grote Amerikaanse koelkast, vaatwasser, magnetron en senseo. Ook is er beneden een airco. Het was in de basis schoon, in de hoeken en op t plafond lag/hing nog wel veel stof en sommig huisraad was wel aan vervanging toe. Huis staat in een relatief nieuwe woonwijk buiten Narbonne maar het is er zeer rustig. Tuin/parkeerplek is afgesloten met een electrische poort. Je hebt wel een auto nodig om ergens te komen. Narbonne centrum is 15 min, het strand 25 minuten (door de bergen) en Carcassone 45 min. Let wel op, de eigenaren praten alleen Frans en de borg van 500,- moet contant of met een cheque betaalt worden.

Vrij rustige omgeving, mooi zwembad. Het huis zelf is wel een beetje afgeleefd en niet zo proper. De tuin word gedeeld met de huisbaas, en langs de zijkant van het huis heb je een privé tuin. Het uitzicht op de grote tuin naast het zwembad is de gedeelde tuin, de privé tuin ligt naast het huis. De huisbazen zijn zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk.
