Charming 130m² country house located on an estate in Narbonne, ideal for a peaceful stay with family or friends. This house is spread over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in its three bedrooms, each equipped with a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
There are two bathrooms and two toilets, as well as a welcoming living room with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV. Reversible air conditioning ensures your comfort in any season. The fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor hood, as well as small appliances and complete utensils) makes preparing meals as easy as at home. Bed linen is provided.
Outside, enjoy a garden and a terrace with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining, a barbecue, and a 6-person inflatable hot tub for relaxation. Private parking is available for your vehicle.

Just steps from the house, you'll have access (subject to availability) to baskets of fresh vegetables from one of the region's most renowned market gardeners. A visit and free tasting are available upon request.
