This lovely 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo offers some of the best views from Papakea Resort that is suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests. This west-facing condo will provide unobstructed oceanfront seats to Maui's incredible sunsets and views of the majestic islands of Molokai and Lanai. Unwind on your private lanai where you'll be able to spot sea turtles and whales breaching during the winter months.
Papakea Resort A307 is on the 3rd-floor featuring a tropical interior and more! Inside you'll find a relaxed Hawaiian-inspired atmosphere with cool tile flooring, tropical-themed furnishings and décor, and plenty of natural light. Stay cool with a spilt A/C unit in the living room and ceiling fans throughout the unit. The sofa not only has an ocean view but converts into a queen-size sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. In the bedroom, you'll enjoy a queen-size bed and a relaxing place to rest after a day in the sun. The bathroom features a large vanity space and a stone walk-in shower. Enjoy your meals and unwind on the private lanai with a dining table for 6. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, custom koa wood finishes, and granite countertop seating for 3 with a dining table for 4. Pack light! This unit has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for more details on these resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the A Bldg is slated for 8/3-8/20/26. Update 8/5/26 The Neogard traffic coating material will not arrive in time for installation on the A Building. In the meantime, to minimize the duration of work when the traffic coating application is scheduled, the contractors will continue removing the existing ground floor walkway coating and preparing the walkways for the future application. This work is expected to continue through the scheduled end date of August 13th, unless completed sooner. We will notify owners if that occurs. The contractor will review the work sequence to determine when the coating can be applied. Guests will receive advance notice once dates are set.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.

The room is clean, well labeled and organized, well supplied, and nicely decorated. The view of the ocean is outstanding! We spent a lot of our time on the lanai enjoying the view but you can enjoy it from inside too as seen from the photo.

We loved the place but MyPerfectStays could have made it much more pleasurable. They give you the same complementary supply if you stay two days or two weeks (two rolls of TP). We stayed two weeks and we ran out of TP. There was interest in helping us out from MyPerfectStays. Paying 6k+ for the rent and we had to go out and buy TP. Very sad.
