The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 30 m² air-conditioned apartment for rent in Les Trois-Îlets, 300 m from the beach, which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the semi-basement level, it comprises an attractive 22 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower and WC
The flat is ideally located in Trois-Îlets, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Diving, hotel registration, boat trips, cane museum, Savane des esclaves museum, Impératrice Joséphine museum, casino, departmental golf course...
- Pointe-du-Bout municipal beach 150 metres away, beach access at nearby hotels from 50 metres to 300 metres.

Transport
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the municipal car park next to the studio.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- At the entrance to the complex: franchised car hire also present at the airport
- River shuttle from the marina 300 metres away to Fort de France, a 35-minute crossing. TCSP (exclusive right-of-way public transport) from the airport to Fort de France, then the Pointe du Bout Trois Ilets shuttle bus, which runs until 10pm.
- Airport 30 km away

- Bed linen and towels included. If you need extras, please contact the concierge for additional services.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The street can be noisy in the evenings and at weekends
- The home is equipped with windows with removable slats (Martinique-style jalousies).
