We offer this charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio apartment for rent in Les Trois-Îlets, less than a kilometer from the beach. It can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a 20 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen and shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The studio is composed as follows:
- 20 m² living room with queen-size bed (160×200), TV, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit and WC
The studio is ideally located in Les Trois-Îlets, in a very pleasant environment, 30 meters from the Creole village with stores, restaurants, laundromat 7/7 days, bakery, pharmacy...
Activities :
- Diving, hotel registration, boat tours, cane museum, Savane des esclaves museum, Empress Josephine museum, casino, Golf Départemental...
- Pointe du bout municipal beach 150 meters away, beach access at nearby hotels from 50 meters to 300 meters.

Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the free municipal parking lot 30 meters from the studio.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- At the entrance to the complex: franchised car rental also present at the airport
- River shuttle to Fort de France from the marina, 300 m away, 35-minute crossing. TCSP (transport collectif en site propre) from the airport to Fort de France, then shuttle to Pointe du Bout Trois Ilets, rotating until 10 p.m.
- Airport 30 km away

- Access to upper floors via spacious, tiled staircase.
- Safety roller shutters.
