VILLA ARTISTA - SYRACUSE AREA
This unique property (280 sq.m) is in probably what is the best area in Syracuse; it is perched on a rock , with its own steps literally into the crystal clear deep blue seas and guests can enjoy a breath taking sunset over the sea and the silhouette of Ortigia in its splendour , while sipping a sundowner by the private pool. Within approx. 10 minutes walking distance you can find a choice of restaurants and a sandy beach.
The interior has been decorated by the owner who is a quoted artist and each room has its own individual wall paintings to give the house a stylish and yet warm feeling.
On the ground floor we find the entrance into a spacious lounge with piano and open plan kitchen with induction hob and dining area. On this level there are 3 double bedrooms, all en suite with shower plus an additional separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board and an additional fridge / freezer.
Stairs take us to first floor’s spacious panoramic sitting room, with bathroom, enjoying sea views with a free standing shower and bath tub. Double master bedroom with access to terrace with stairs to lit up solarium again with extensive views.
A colourful garden surrounds the villa, with different sunbathing areas at slightly different levels, culminating in the private infinity heated pool (heated to max 26 degrees; 8x5m; 0.9m deep; open all year round) enjoying 180 degrees views over the sparkling sea and Ortigia’s harbour and castle in the distance. There is a pleasant outdoor shaded dining area for your al fresco meals and a BBQ.
