Located just a few kilometers from the historic center of Syracuse and the beautiful island of Ortigia, the villa offers an intimate, refined living experience that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.
The home spans two levels covering approximately 400 m², featuring spacious and bright rooms. The heart of the villa is the open-concept living area: 120 m² with unobstructed ocean views, featuring an elegant living area, a kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, and a large indoor dining area. Everything flows seamlessly outdoors, connecting to the terrace, patio, and pool. The infinity pool, which can be heated upon request, dominates the garden with its clean, minimalist lines. The horizon stretches out over the water, and the boundary between indoors and outdoors becomes blurred—as happens only in places designed to help you slow down. A private path winds through the greenery and leads, in just a few steps, to the fine-sand beach—one of the most beloved in the area for its tranquility and beauty. The sleeping area features four large double bedrooms (each between 40 and 45 m²), all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, TV, a study area, and large windows overlooking the garden or the sea. The rooms are also suitable for families with children, as single beds or cribs can be added upon request. The furnishings are simple yet tasteful, featuring natural materials, light-colored fabrics, handcrafted elements, and stone and wood accents.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart satellite TV in every room, a Bluetooth audio system, a washer and dryer, a charcoal grill, and everything needed for extended, self-catering stays. There is a private covered parking area on the property, as well as a garden with Mediterranean plants and an outdoor shower for beach use.
Upon request, we can arrange: an in-home chef or a Sicilian cook for dinners at the villa, boat excursions departing from Syracuse or Ortigia, private transfers to/from the airport, massages, yoga, babysitting, grocery delivery, and wine testings
