About this house rental
In the heart of the Périgord Noir, this old stable dating from 1879, entirely renovated with every comfort, will seduce you for its immediate proximity to all the tourist sites of the region. The cottage is located 15 minutes from the caves of Lascaux / Montignac and 35 minutes from Sarlat.
You will also appreciate being able to spend evenings under a covered terrace with barbecue.
This 132m2 cottage has all the assets to spend an excellent time with family or friends in the Périgord.
ASSETS OF HOUSING:
- This accommodation is very well equipped and has all the amenities (broadband wifi, dishwasher, washing machine).
- You will appreciate the comfort of luxury hotel beds (5 *) for ultimate rest.
- sheets are provided to you.
- You can have a great time under the covered terrace equipped with a barbecue .
- In addition, the village is on the edge of all tourist sites (see our guide) in the Périgord Noir but also in the rest of the region (15 min from the caves of Lascaux and the Vézère valley, 35 min from Sarlat and the valley from the Dordogne, 1 hour from Rocamadour and the Padirac chasm, 40 minutes from Périgueux, 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour 15 minutes from the Arcachon basin).

- activities on the communal pond and its tavern (open only in summer)
- beaches on the Vézère or the Dordogne

USEFUL INFORMATION ON THE VILLAGE
The village has many assets (supermarket open every day until 8 p.m. and Sunday morning 100 meters from the house, bakery 20 meters from the house, farmers' market, local crafts, doctors, pharmacies, tobacco, press, hairdressers, restaurants, petrol stations, post office, police station, highway 10 minutes away ...). What is appreciable is being able to go shopping on foot at the contact intersection, to walk a few meters to get your bread or even go to the post office. Leaving your car in the parking lot is a real luxury.
