The Space – Sleeps 8 Comfortably
Primary Bedroom: King-size bed with a plush mattress, elegant coastal décor, HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and comfort.
Bedroom 2: Two full-size beds, cozy furnishings, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the second full bathroom.
Living Room: A stylish and inviting space with a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, and a mounted HDTV for entertainment.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully stocked kitchen featuring modern stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and seating for six between the dining table and breakfast bar.
Additional Features: A convenient half bath on the main level and an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.
Parking: Adequate space for 2 vehicles with no parking pass required.
Dog-Friendly: ***DOG fee is $250 and max weight of dog allowed is 25 pounds. Dog fee is NOT included in the total. You will need to let us know after reserving that you are bringing a dog so the fee can be added.***

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

DOG-FRIENDLY PROPERTIES: If you are staying at a dog-friendly property, you MUST notify us and pay a non-refundable dog deposit. Failure to do so will result in us charging your card for the entire amount authorized for damage.

MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking spaces. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

Just disappointed, we’re not allowed to stay for a few more hours till other one was open or given an early access to the next rental when no one‘s there

I stayed a month and the house was very comfortable. I only had one issue with the smoke alarm going off at night, so I had to wait until morning for maintenance to come change the batteries. I would suggest changing all batteries on a schedule so this does not happen to someone else. I also wanted to report that the commode downstairs is loose and moves when you sit on it. Over all, good experience for the month.

Property was perfect for our stay. Only issue was the ice maker did not work in the door. Otherwise, had a great family time!
