While the unit does not include a dishwasher or in-unit washer/dryer, a brand-new laundromat is conveniently located on 79th Street.

Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. The package would include sheet sets including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Nice little place to stay for a long beach weekend! We were able to set up an easy late check in and easy to drop off keys at the property management office. The place is small but perfect for a couple. Clean, pretty well equipped, but we didn't personally spend much time there cooking, etc. beyond just sleeping and showering, as we preferred to be out and about! We had to provide our own sheets/towels/TP/trash bags which I didn’t mind. The bed was comfortable. Easy walking a couple blocks to the beach, and some good things within a short walking distance. Overall had a great stay!
