Dream stay in Martinique OCT AND NOV PROMO

The rental was excellent! It was quaint, comfortable, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay again. The beach at Anse a l'ane, restaurants & a supermarket are within walking distance. Hard to hail a taxi so plan accordingly.

True island life at it's best! The property was quaint, clean, and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and a couple restaurants on the beach and a supermarket nearby. Only difficulty was hailing a cab but we made do! Would certainly come back again. Laurence/Emmanuel tres formidable!

The pictures depict exactly the view of this beautiful Place. You could not asked for anything more in regards to comfort and access to the beach. The home was Superbly presented and well-Stocked. And the property is Brand New. The access to the pool is approximately 50Ft. and the beach access is about a minute or less walk from the property. Only reason that I did not give it a 5 Stars is because of some construction that was taken place on 3 other homes while we were there. At times, the noise was overwhelming and disturbed our rest. I believe the construction was being completed as I write this review. Besides that, you should have no concern booking this place. You will love it..

The unit is cute, clean and nicely appointed. It's IKEA sized furniture is probably suited for people less than six feet tall. It is convenient to a fairly good beach and some small stores. On the other hand, translated communication with the owner, prior to the rental was a little complicated and took some time. The directions to the unit were sent in a narrative rather than street by street. Four French speaking people we met on the way could not follow them. Repeated phone calls by us and the translators were complicated by the lack of concern by our hostess, Emmanuel. She refused to come and get us knowing that we did not speak French. It was also well past sunset. It took us almost three hours to find the unit in the dark. She neglected us throughout our stay except for a brief appearance to pick up a deposit check whereby she was told to leave after trying to explain our frustration at her lack of assistance with our arrival. We found that the local resistance to assisting English speaking visitors was not uncommon. Some people were very nice and friendly. Make sure you bring plenty of Euros as they are reluctant to take U.S. dollars. P..S. the beaches on this island are just average as compared to the U.S. and British Virgin Islands, Turcs and Caicos for example.
