This is a gem of a place. I love the Arya Hotel—it is in the perfect part of my favorite place—Coconut Grove. This condo has the ideal view of the harbor and the Grove. It’s a bright, well maintained property and the owners were a dream to deal with. I will be back!

It was lacking in some supplies. For a 10 day stay It had 1 dish towel and 1 dish cloth.
No paper towels no Kleenex and no stopper for the kitchen sink. No bag for the ice bucket I bought my own paper towels but they did bring me Kleenex and a couple of garbage bags that I asked for.
