Stayed for two days to help daughter move out of her dorm. We love the Coconut Grove area & The Arya is one of our favorite places to stay. THI’s room had a nice view of the bay, a hot water kettle, which you don’t always get for my tea, a refrigerator and stove. Most importantly wine glasses for after a long day of packing. Would definitely recommend this place!

Lovely property- was super happy with the room, the pool, and the gym. Also had great communication with hosts. And wow what a fabulous location!! We had such a fun trip to Miami and will definitely be back!

Property was beautiful, condo was clean and exactly as pictured. Needed to contact Marie on an item and she got back to us super quick! Would def. recommend and book again!

Family wedding in Miami. Decided to book thru VRBO. Was quite pleased with the whole experience. Owner communicated all necessary information. Room was as expected-clean, comfortable, great location and view. Elevators a bit slow and
disappointed that restaurant was closed but all in all was happy with my stay and would recommend.
