In Maui its all about LOCATION and this unit is in the perfect spot. Maui Banyan is located in prime South Kihei where the weather is sunny and beautiful year round. It’s across the street from Kamaole Beach II which is one of the few beaches in Maui with a lifeguard station and is complete with a park and shower. Kamaole II is a great beach for laying out, swimming, snorkeling, boogie-boarding, and turtle sightings, as well as catching perfect sunsets and waves. Maui Banyan is one of the best places to stay in South Kihei. This stunning remodeled 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has everything you’re looking for on your Maui getaway.

This fantastic condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, AC & sleeps up to 4 people. The master has a wonderful king sized bed and there is a nice queen sized memory foam pull out in the living room. It's conveniently located on the first floor, steps from the beach, and walking distance to shops, restaurants & grocery. Neighboring Wailea offers great walks, golf, restaurants and high end shopping.
Enjoy all the RESORT amenities including pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, BBQ area w/ NO resort fee.

Everything you need for a day at the beach is waiting for you! The beach umbrella, chairs, wagon and beach towels are available for you to use during your stay. Air Conditioned (living space and bedroom) condo features a fantastic floor plan for 4 with tile throughout. There is lanai space located off of the living room and bedroom. The additional full bathroom makes it nice for a family to clean up after a day in the sand, no waiting in line for the shower!

Maui Banyan is a very well operated and maintained rental accommodation. Grounds were well maintained and all the surrounding flora was a great nature environment. The location was excellent as it's just a block from Kamaole Beach II. The rental I stayed in was clean and well furnished. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had basic seasonings in the cupboard so it was easy to prepare my own meals. The washer and dryer there was very convenient and there was even detergent there so I didn't need to buy any. 2 full bathrooms was a big plus and they have shampoo, body wash and conditioner already. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night so I could sleep well. There were beach chairs, umbrella, 4 wheel wagon to transport items, beach towels and 2 boogie boards so you can use all of that at the beach which is great. AC worked well which was very nice in the warm weather. Host communicated well using email and text and I had no problems with check in or check out. Parking deck always had open spaces so it was nice to park the car without hunting for a space. I highly recommend Maui Banyan!

The Condo is so perfectly located in South Maui. It is walking distance to KAM I, II and III. There is also Grocery nearby and plenty of restaurants. The pools are so well maintained and the property is lovely. The condo itself has everything you need, with plenty of room. It was a great, relaxing stay!

The room itself was very nice, very comfortable, clean, equipped with all the utensils we needed, and very conveniently located just across the road from the beach. It’s on the ground floor, but doesn’t have a real seating area outside the sliding glass doors, which would have been perfect, but would also have made the condo more expensive. As is, it’s very nice, and convenient at a reasonable price.
