About this apartment rental
No need to load the family in the car, just grab the cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels ( all provided in your unit) and take a 2 minute walk to three amazing sandy, safe beaches with lifeguards: Kamaole 1, 2, & 3 Beaches. Maui's finest beaches for snorkeling, swimming, stand-up paddling, sunset views, & whale watching (in Winter season).
The Condo is an end unit on the top floor of a two story B building, which is just steps to the Beach, Pool, BBQ area, & Tennis Court. Beautiful tropical furniture & décor though out the unit. The living area has 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, and CD/iPod player, Free Wireless internet. There are ceiling fans in each room and the mild afternoon trade winds help keep the condo cool. No air conditioning.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need and has granite counter tops. Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, 4 slice toaster, crock pot, blender, dish clothes & towels, etc. etc. and a large & small ice chest for your day trips and picnics.
Misc. items: tennis racquets and balls, inflatables, boogie boards, beach chairs, Beach umbrellas, & Noodles, sand toys.
Both bedrooms are very private with their own bathrooms. The Queen queen bedroom has a TV, large dresser, two nightstands & closet, a floor to ceiling window with views of lush palm trees and a tub/shower combo bathroom with vanity. The twin bedroom has a night stand, large dresser, closet, long horizontal windows, and bathroom with a large walk-in shower. All bath and bed linens are included. There is a washer/dryer inside the unit.

Perfect location. Close to ocean, pool, dining, shopping etc. Beautiful lanai. Lots of accessories included for inside and beach use! Pictures are true and exact. Price is fair. House and bathrooms are clean. Owners were friendly and very responsive. I would love to stay here again with some improvements. Only complaint was the furniture and twin beds. Found nothing comfortable all week in the condo except the queen bed. Twins were horribly uncomfortable. very old and hard. All the rest of the living room is way past its prime. Love the Hawaiian style. Keep the Frames, chairs, couch etc just get new cushions! All the cushions are hard and worn flat. Suggest replacing all the cushions, and adding a couple a/c units. Plus have the washer and dryer cleaned and sanitized. So handy to have these but they are very musty smelling which transfers to clothing. Mahola

Great location and place to stay. Easy access to beach and food. Loved the deck and pool area. I would do a double bed instead of 2 twins. Kitchen was well stocked and appreciated all the beach stuff.

Across the street from a beach and very close to other beaches. Nice assortment of beach equipment. Everything we needed in condo. Didn’t know how to access tv. Rooms very hot as no air conditioning. Plenty of fans which eventually cooled it off.

More run down than i expected. Kind of noisy. Wouldn’t stay here again.
