Private road entrance, with separate entry, 4 Blocks From Angle Lake Light Rail Station With Service To SeaTac Intl Airport, Downtown Seattle, And The University Of Washington. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.
Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment. Two parking spots, You will have a full access to the entire apartment.
Key code entrance, smart video doorbell outside of the door. Security camera in the parking lots and security camera from Unit #4 patio that faces only to the water. Air conditioning in the living room only.
Note: if you are traveling with infant or small children please let me know before you arrive. I have the list below and I can have what you need ready. children books and toys, children dinnerware, Pack’n Play/travel crib that can be used for a Nap, change, and sleep, high chair, Outlet covers for safety. ***Key Note to know before booking this unit it has about 10 stairs or steps after opening the door. Please don’t book any of this three units if you can’t handle steps or stairs. Any Accidents you are responsible for it, we are not responsible.
