About this apartment rental

*This is waterfront Lake home, 2.7 miles from SeaTac Airport. The Lake is link light rail station from SeaTac International. 1min freeway entrance, 15min drive to downtown Seattle. This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view.

*Apartment #4 has two rooms one California king size bedroom with a full view of the lake, and the other room has a full-size bed and Twin bed, closet for each room, a queen size air-mattress, full bathroom, modern new kitchen, dining area, exquisite living room space with a beautiful view of the lake, laundry room, balcony that face the lake gorgeous waterfront. The Lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes, so you can fish and swim. Home is spacious and nicely decorated. We just remodeled it November of 2019. You will have a smart lock to check in yourself. We don’t live in the property, but we are 10mis away if you need anything.

All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.
*Private road entrance with separate entry to the apartment. Two parking spots, You will have a full access to the entire apartment.

*It has a nice park to spend a pleasant walking or jogging, picnic area, playground as well as lakeside beach. Swimming area, boating, fishing, open recreation area, water spray park. The lake is stocked with trout and bass fishes. Starbucks, Big Foot Java, Dilettante Mocha Café. All restaurants are within in 5mins drive, Westfield Mall, Safeway, Starbucks, Costco, Home depo all within 2miles driving.

*The lake is a link light rail station in SeaTac, WA. Which travels North to Seattle-Tacoma international Airport, Rainier Valley, Downtown Seattle and UW. It's just under $10 ride from the Airport to the house.

**Note: if you are traveling with infant or small children please let me know before you arrive. I have the list below and I can have what you need ready. children books and toys, children dinnerware, Pack’n Play/travel crib that can be used for a Nap, change, and sleep, high chair,Outlet covers for safety.

**Key code entrance, smart video doorbell outside of the door. Security camera in the parking lot, security camera from unit #4 patio facing too Angel lake waterfront only. Air conditioning in the living room only! ****Key Note to know before booking this unit it has about 5 stairs or steps to enter the main door. Please don’t book any of this three units if you can’t handle steps or stairs. Any Accidents you are responsible for it, we are not responsible.

    My son and I had a wonderful stay and the owner/host Ilithia was awesome to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely be staying again when we there next.

    I unfortunately needed to stay due to my condo being under construction. My board is not the most responsive to get things done, but staying here helped reduce the stress od dealing with them. It was a pleasure.

    When entering we had to pass a run down trailer and did not feel safe in the location. The property manager texted us when she saw our two teen girls who decided to join us and sent a request for additional fees. It felt like we were on camera and not able to enjoy the property very well. It was clean and neat and well appointed except the pillows were huge and very firm,. We used the couch pillows to sleep. The lake was beautiful, but the dock had a very steep ramp that made it almost impossible to traverse. The owner’s husband was doing construction work behind the property. He was very kind and even gave us a bottle of wine. It was a good place, but don’t think we would stay again.

    Host was wonderful! It was apartment living in the way of being able to hear people walking upstairs and toilet flushing. But beds were comfortable. Apartment was decorated cute. Kitchen was nice. Ramp to dock was very steep. No curtains over sliding glass door that faces the lake and shared backyard area. Parking was nice and away from the road. Overall, good experience!

    A work colleague and I stayed for a night enroute to Taiwan. The apartment was perfect for us; it was nicely off the beaten path, but easy enough to get a Lyft ride to Renton for dinner. We also enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening with a glass of wine! Would definitely book here again if in the area!
