About this villa rental
For those who want to live to the rhythm of Mauritian life and meet the locals, we welcome you to the "Villa Lemon Tree" This comfortable villa can accommodate 5 (6 with children) people in ideal conditions, for a stay local color .. New house, on one level, it is bright and spacious, at the edge of the river:
180 m2 on 1000 m2 of fenced and wooded land 300 meters from the sea.
The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and fans. The living room is open on a large covered veranda.

End of stay cleaning included.
House with tourist standard and approved by the Tourism Authority of Mauritius.
the neighborhood
Gold powder is located in the northeast of the island, about 30 minutes from Port Louis and 15 minutes from Grand Bay. This small fishing village is not a tourist place, but it has retained the charm of its past.
Poudre d'Or is also known for its famous monument "Paul and Virginia," but also for its proximity to two small islands: Ile d'Ambre and Ilot Goose discover with Big Blue Tour on site.

The villa is close to small grocery stores in Mauritius and public transport (100 meters).

While going to the meeting of fishermen (300 meters), you can buy fresh fish or lobster same for a barbecue with spicy flavors ...

Very nicely decorated villa and very clean! The communication with Magna was easy, any problem quickly solved. She is very helpful. Her mother Marlene prepared a delicious dinner for us. We had a great time doing the boat trip with Magna's brother Patrick.
It gets really hot in the house in summer but the sleeping rooms are air-conditioned. You definitely need a car ! There are many things to do and see nearby.
