Welcome to this magnificent spacious villa, located in Grand Gaube, in the north of Mauritius. a haven of peace

Located close to the North Beach, restaurants and shops of Grand Gaube and Grand Bay, the villa offers a perfect balance between Mauritian authenticity and practicality
in season you can pick fruits, mangoes, avocados, bananas, passion fruit and others present in the garden.
located 10 minutes by car from the public beach of GRAND GAUBE, where you can rest in the shade of the philaos, or if you are more sporty you have a kitesurfing spot at the beach of ANSE LA RAIE located 15 minutes from the house.
you won't have to deal with the crowds of the big tourist resorts but you can go there
you can have your breakfast and meal on the large covered terrace and dive into the pool to cool off.
Upstairs an en-suite bedroom with an indoor living room and a covered terrace
you will have access to the outdoor surveillance cameras, ours will be temporarily removed for the duration of your rental, you have wifi.
The gate is electric,
A generator in case of a prolonged outage
For the duration of your rental you will have a cleaning lady who will come once a week, for routine maintenance, which will not be invoiced to you, you are free if you wish to ask him to come more often but these passages will be at your expense,
