This place was PERFECT! We stayed for the weekend of Mardi Gras - it was a truly awesome location with great amenities. Very comfortable beds/linens and easy keyless access. They even waved the early check-in fee since it was Mardi Gras weekend, which was an awesome bonus. Cami checked in on us via text and was very available when needed for questions (which was hardly at all). Overall, this was a delightful unit (quiet and great bathrooms as well). I would absolutely stay here again!

I stayed for 8 nights at the end of January 2026. I am down in NOLA yearly.Responsive, professional and polite hosts. Great space, large and very comfortable with modern furnishings, appliances, lighting and plenty of outlets. The beds are very nice. The condo building is simple and modern with a beautiful entry and elevator. The outdoor area is large with two outdoor sofas and a table. It's not quite shielded from rain but it very cool to have that option to chill out. Would be great in warmer, dry weather. The Central Business District (CBD) is stacked with beer and a shot joints and plenty of restaurants. The CBD has a great mix of walkable places like shops, galleries, groceries from Rouses and sports venues are all walkable. The FQ is easily walkable as it the casinos and the riverwalk. Two bedrooms are great just know that the 2nd bedroom does not have windows, no big deal as the unit has great windows on one wall where the outside space is located. The kitchen is great, they set you up with a few small bags of Zapps chips and plenty of k cups, a very nice touch. Washer and dryer were great too. Small gym was good but older equipment need an update but works. This is the nicest VRBO that I have stayed in. This is on the second floor and expect some activity above you as is normal in multi unit buildings. HVAC was excellent. This beautiful 2BR 2BA was about 200 per night- off season standard for NOLA. Next time I bring my wife and friends!

Very nice apartment in a neat building. Great location. It’s quiet yet there are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Moderate, but safe and enjoyable walk to French Quarter or Lower Garden.
