About this villa rental
27 Ocean Breeze is a beautifully renovated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome located just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. The property offers an open-concept floor plan, high speed internet, spacious bedrooms and hardwood flooring throughout.
The living area features comfortable furniture, a sleeper sofa, a Smart TV and access to the private porch overlooking the lagoon. The fully renovated kitchen features stainless appliances and plenty of cabinet and counter space. There is seating for 6 at the dining table with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.
The first of 3 bedrooms is located on the main level. This room features a queen bed, flat screen TV, work station and access to a hall bath with a ornately tiled walk-in shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms are located on the 2nd level. The first bedroom at the top of the stairs features a king bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a large, tiled walk-in shower.
Vehicle Policy: Ocean Breeze allows TWO vehicles.
Occupancy Policy: Per the Ocean Breeze/Treetops HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom for a total of 6 adults.
Pet Policy: This property allows ONE (1) dog, with a max weight of 75 lbs. An additional non-refundable fee of $225.00 is required if you are bringing a dog.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this location for our Thanksgiving holiday. The weather was cool but still had great fun riding bikes around the island and to the beach! Townhome is clean and updated.

This is our third stay in this area and we like the access (0.4 mile) to the beach. There were many dogs visible throughout the complex along with walking trails and a pet station. Unit was clean upon arrival and basic supplies provided. Pictures are accurate. The bed on the main floor is more like a full size. The stairs to the upper floor are pretty steep and that is also where the laundry closet is as well. We saw a juvenile alligator in the lagoon behind the condo along with many turtles during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and appreciate pet friendly locations!

While this suited our needs for the weekend, we wouldn’t stay again. The beds had hair on the comforters/sheets, dirt in the buttons of the sofa, hair on the floor of the bathroom, trash in the trash can, dirty dishes, dirty linens and the sliding door lock was broken when we checked in. Other than those things, just be aware that the space is small, realistically can’t sit outside. A few updates and a deep clean would turn this place around.
