- Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the villa. Due to limited power capacity in Vietnam, excessive electricity usage may trigger a power outage.
- In the event that any property (e.g., electronic devices, shelves, towels, dishes, etc.) is damaged or broken during your stay, we may request compensation for the repair or replacement costs. Please refer to the pre-notified guidelines for compensation rates. Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- As per Vietnamese law, all guests must register their stay. Kindly send photos of the entry stamp received at immigration and the passport page with your photo. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in advance :)

Every room was spotless and well-equipped, and the amenities were top-notch, from the private pool to the comfortable common areas.The location couldn’t be better — close to the beach, restaurants, and main attractions, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The cleaning staff were outstanding; they kept everything immaculate throughout our stay and were always friendly and professional.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. This is one of the best rental houses I have been with. The host is very reponsive, he answered my message even at midnight. The support staffs Truc and Vinh are very helpful.The house is clean, spacious and fully equipped. The plus point is the free pickup at airport, it takes away one of the most concerns when you travel with a big group and lot of luggage.
