Our apartment was spacious with a fabulous view of the ocean. We loved being able to open the doors and windows and having plenty of space for us and our teenagers. It was cleaned every day and we had access to all facilities. We had a ball!

Wonderful staff and spacious
Our unit was old and dated.
Faucet in master bath was leaking , showers over flowed poor drainage. Overflowed to bathroom floors.
Appliances dated and poor condition . Needs renovation .
Bad WiFi .
Ceiling fans did not work well and speed could not be increased.

Linked to Hyatt and had its own pool but is not managed directly by Hyatt so had to
Pay for room service etc on c/card which was ok
Big resort lots of kids but his place had its own pool so great
