About this apartment rental
New construction "carriage house" on East Gordon Lane. This is a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment above the detached garage. The yard area is shared with the main house. There is no shared interior space. Guests will have a private bathroom & full kitchen. There is a TV in the bedroom as well as a TV in the living room. Guests may use one garage spot underneath the apartment. There is a EV charger in the garage for guest use along with a washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).
If you have a boat or a trailer you may pay $25 per day extra to park it in the yard next to the carriage house.
This spot is about half a mile walking distance to Forsyth Park and River Street. It is close to the downtown grocery store (Kroger) as well as many shops and cafes.

Very nice place to stay. The garage is tricky to pull in and out of in an Elantra, but if youre an agile driver, no sweat! We barely spent gas since this location is so central. Definitely walkable if youre up for it. Very quiet, and the garage door opener to take with you is top notch host behavior! Thanks a bunch 10/10

This was a well appointed, spacious upstairs apartment above our own parking garage space. It was just a few blocks from the numerous Savannah squares. Other than taking our car out to Tybee Island, we pretty much left it parked and walked everywhere. We were very happy with the apartment and the location.
