Summary:
This Airey-inspired Townhome brings timeless 1940s architecture that provides an inviting and comfortable stay in Savannah's historic district. Featuring two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and a beautiful shared courtyard, this townhome is the perfect place to experience southern living for four guests. With original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and splashes of color, you enjoy every minute of your stay. Just 10 minutes from Forsyth Park, a short drive to the riverwalk!
The Space:
Enter The Tea Olive A with a simple step up from the brick-laid sidewalks on Taylor Street. Enjoy a roomy living area with oversized sofas and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows. Flowing from front to back of the primary floor, you will find a freshly updated kitchen with butcher block countertops and a significant splash of color. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, including pots, pans, dishware, and more. There is also a half bath right there in the hallway.
Brew your morning coffee in the kitchen and step out into the shared courtyard to enjoy a large deck, patio furniture, and plenty of greenery. Whether early morning or evening, the courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy beautiful Savannah weather.
Head upstairs to find two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Each bedroom features a queen mattress with crisp linens and plush pillows. Large windows and high ceilings fill the rooms with natural light. Closets and dressers provide ample storage for extended stays.
The bathrooms are outfitted with a combination tub/shower, vanity, toilet, and all essentials, including toilet paper, towels, and a hair dryer.
Are you working remotely during your stay? All homes have high-speed Wi-Fi and ample room to set up your home office.

You may use/access anything in the apartment. Our home is yours! We encourage you to use the rear porch/courtyard to enjoy some morning coffee or evening cocktails :) The outdoor space is the only shared space on the property, so please be courteous of your neighbors when passing by/using the space, especially if you are bringing a dog.
The Neighborhood:
Tea Olive A is located on the east side of the Historic District, just minutes from Forsyth Park, Mother Matilda Beasley Park (with a dog park!), and many of Savannah’s best attractions.
Start your day by grabbing your morning coffee and breakfast just a couple blocks down at Carly’s Café and enjoying a park bench in Calhoun Square or Whitefield Square.
Enjoy excellent dining options by heading towards the riverwalk and stopping at The Olde Pink House for fine southern dining. Grab some laid-back bites and brews at Spanky’s Pizza Galley & Saloon. Enjoy delicious southern dining with a river view at Huey’s or Vic’s on the River. A short drive will take you to the River Walk and City Market area off Broughton Street. With endless shopping, sites, and eateries, you’ll find adventure at every corner.

Getting Around:
Parking is free on the street in this area. Just need to pay attention to the street signs throughout Savannah as we have street sweepers twice a week, and will need to park accordingly overnight.
There's a FREE shuttle that picks up about 8 blocks away at Price & Liberty! This is a free "trolley" style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran "uber" just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :)
Other Things to Note:
We allow up to 2 dogs, the fee for one is $100 and the fee for two is $200. Must be paid before checking in.
No parties.
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property.
No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property.
Do not smoke on the property or near the home.
You must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol.
Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
Treat the apartment with respect, as if it was your property.

Loved this historic townhouse in the historic district. Check in and out was a breeze. The location allowed us to walk all over the city, including beautiful Forsyth Park.

We really enjoyed staying in this home! The home has the charming character that is expected in an older home of this area.The location is great for walking to restaurants and shopping of Savannah. There are many parks within easy walking distance.The parking is on-street and it was never a problem to find a spot close to the front door.We would definitely stay again.

Lovely house! Super clean and so cute. Amazing location … walkable to Forsyth Park and downtown… hosts were very responsive and accommodating... Highly recommend!!!

We arrive an hour early for check-in and I contacted the host to see if we could check-in early and was told we could not due to many reservations. The house was already cleaned and waiting for our arrival. Host owns all three properties and noticed the guests arriving early as we were, were able to check-in. Out dated photo’s. Hardwood floors are uneven with some areas being held down with black duct tape. Bathroom downstairs handle fell off and my husband fixed it. Got locked in, in the upstairs bathroom after locking the lock. Had to push a knife under the door so he could get out. Kitchen was not stocked. Description of black makeup towels and face wipes being available and they were not. Had to continually contact the host who promised we would have them the next day and we did not. We received them the day before we checked out. Light furnishings were very dirty. Reached out to host after our stay and asked about a pair of glasses being left behind. It’s been five days and I am still waiting for an answer…
